HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- If you would like to submit a film read the rules and regulations.
- to submit your film fill out the ENTRY form and pay entry fee. You can do this either directly through WITHOUTABOX or through CCiff online entry form and pay through our online Paypal form
- or if you are a visitor come join us in our historically rich area and pariticpate with international films, gastronomic dinners, combining cultures to make a unique intercultural experience.
- As a particiant, filmmaker or visitor you can benefit from our Hotel festival discounts and join us for our gastronomic dinners

ALL FILMMAKERS SHOWING AT CCIFF 2009, SUBMIT THIS FORM
Films in competition will compete for the PADIES Prix: The Keys to the Castle, with which The winning filmmaker will open the doors to the castle and spend a full two weeks as Padiès honored guest Artist in Residence. The prize allows for developing the winner's next film - and can be anything from location scouting, scripting, research, test shooting, and more!
The artist will enjoy the gracious hospitality of PADIES proprietors and festival organizers. Life at Padiès includes one gastronomic meal a day, a room in the castle, the grounds to roam.
Les films seront en compétition pour le Prix de PADIES: Les Clés du Château...Qui permet au cinéaste gagnant d'ouvrir les portes du château et de passer deux semaines complètes comme artiste-invité d'honneur. Le prix permet au gagnant de travailler à la réalisation de son prochain film - que ce soit sur le plan de la localisation d'un emplacement, de la scénarisation, de la recherche, des essais de prise de vue, et plus!
L'artiste bénéficie aussi de l'hospitalité des propriétaires et des organisateurs du festival à Padiès. Le séjour comprend un succunlents repas bilogiques par jour, une chambre dans le château, la propriété pour flâner.

to create an international intercultural film festival; a place where films, documentary and fiction, propel us to reflect on sameness and differences and, as such, help us to gain a perspective on the essential nature of conflict.

documentaires nous portent à réfléchir à la différence et, ainsi, nous aide à mieux comprendre l'essence
des conflits.
FILM SELECTION
CCiff will highlight documentary and fiction films of substance that speak to interculutral
issues. The focus is on world premieres, regional premieres, works that have achieved a quality reputation on the Festival circuit along with potential hidden gems.
As well, the Festival will present several individually curated programs of a unique and exciting nature.
SELECTION DES FILMS
C&Ciff réunit des films de fiction et des documentaries qui touchent à la question de
l'interculturalité. Tout en priorisant les première mondiales et régionales ainsi que les oeuvres qui ont acquis une certaine notoriété dans le circuit festivalier, sans oublier les trésors cachés. Le Festival compte aussi présenter une programmation hors compétition, unique et innovante, sélectionnée par des cinéastes et cinéphiles.
FILMMAKERS AND THE REGION: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
During the Festival, guest filmmakers will be given a tour of the region. CCiff's founder is convinced the region offers some ot the greatest and most varied locations with as well, a special light is cast that creates a magic hour 24/7. The region is known for its hospitality; local Film Commissions are prepared to provide incentives. Filmmakers will want to tell their stories in this region.

Durant le festival, les cinéastes seront invités pour une visite de la région. Le fondateur du CCiff est convaincu que les lieux que la région peut offrir sont parmi les plus excitants et variés avec en plus, une lumiére particuliere créant une ambiance magique 7/7. Aussi, la région est reconnue pour son hospitalité, et les instances locales du cinéma sont prêtes à offrir leur soutien. Il va sans dire que les cinéastes avec une histoire voudront la raconter dans cette région.
