INTERCULTURAL GASTRONOMY a PADIES
The CCiff program is designed to immerse audiences and participants in fifteen days of intercultural experience coupled with extensive dialogues, workshops, seminars and INTERCULTURAL GASTRONOMY.
As a Participant you will be offered to join us for regular gastronomic meals at PADIES, two of which will be open to the paying public. The first of these will be on the 6th at 20h30 and the second will be on the 19th at 20h30. All participants are welcome to join us. We will also have a cocktail for the PRess on the 5th at the HOtel des Abbey at Soreze at 18h30. Please let us know if you intend to come.
What better way to understand and dialogue and to break down cultural barriers than to sit together over a new gastronomic experience!
and here in the south-west of france we are fomous for our food
but we aim to do it with a difference
we will use the local products that are all fresh and seasonal to produce food from a variety of countries.
